Yes — amend it from My Trips. Changing your dates, destinations, party size or vehicle re-notifies the agents who can quote your trip, including ones who passed the first time.
Once you accept a quote, that agent's own WhatsApp number appears on the trip in My Trips, prefilled with your booking reference. Before that, use the country WhatsApp line or the assistant on this page.
Yes. Ratings and review counts are computed only from approved reviews left by travellers with a real booking, and from completed trips. A new agent shows “no reviews yet” rather than a placeholder score — we never seed or invent one.
